You will need a computer or mobile device with a camera and microphone, along with a strong internet connection, to join a Microsoft Teams meeting.

You do not need to download Microsoft Teams or create an account to join a meeting. Simply click the meeting link provided in the email from your mediator. It will open a new tab in your web browser.

Step one. When you see the options for joining, click Continue on this browser to join directly without downloading anything.

Step two. If prompted, allow your browser to access your microphone and camera.

Step three. Enter your name when prompted and click Join now.

You will be placed in a virtual lobby until the mediator admits you. You are now ready to participate in your Teams meeting.
