Prime Resolution provides mediation, training and supervision across family, SEND and workplace disputes. We have been mediating since 2014, our family mediators are accredited by the Family Mediation Council, and every practitioner attends regular supervision.

Mediation is only as good as the mediator. At Prime Resolution, every practitioner attends regular supervision: not because we require it, but because we believe it is what good practice demands.
Our family mediators are accredited by the Family Mediation Council. Our training programme is led by practitioners, not administrators.
We are a not-for-profit organisation. Fees are kept fair. Subsidised places are available for family mediation. SEND mediation is free to families.
