Using this website
Enquiries, bookings and registering interest
When you use the contact form, reserve a place on a course or register your interest in a course, we collect the details you enter: your name and email address, and your telephone number and message if you provide them.
Messages sent through the contact form are emailed to our team. Course reservations and interest registrations are stored in our website database. In both cases the team is also told about your enquiry through Discord, the private messaging tool we use internally, so that we can respond quickly. These notifications contain the details you entered and are only visible to Prime Resolution staff.
We use these details to answer your enquiry, administer your booking and keep a record of who has attended or asked about our courses. We keep them for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for our records. We review stored enquiries annually and delete those no longer needed.
Booking a call
Free consultations and enquiry calls are booked through TidyCal, a scheduling service that processes the name, email address, telephone number and notes you enter when you book, and sends you confirmation and reminder emails on our behalf.
Paying for a course
When you reserve a place on a paid course, payment is taken by Stripe, our payment processor. You enter your card details on a secure checkout page hosted by Stripe. Your card details never touch our servers: we receive only confirmation that payment has been made, the amount, and a Stripe reference for the transaction, which we store against your booking.
Stripe's handling of your payment details is described in Stripe's privacy policy.
Course mailing list
We keep a mailing list of people who want to hear about our training. We use it to send occasional emails about new courses, upcoming dates and related news from Prime Resolution. We do not share the list with anyone else.
If you book a course with us, we may add you to the list on the basis of the soft opt-in rules for existing customers: the booking form includes a pre-ticked box, which you can untick if you would rather not hear from us. If you register your interest in a course without booking, we only add you if you tick the box asking us to.
We record the date and time of your consent alongside your details. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any of our emails or by emailing info@prime-resolution.co.uk, and we will remove you from the list.
