We create a safe, neutral environment where all parties can express their concerns and work together towards resolution. Our mediators are trained to facilitate constructive dialogue and help identify common ground.

SEND Mediation
Free SEND mediation for families and local authorities. Mediators with backgrounds in schools, local authority SEND teams and SENDIASS. Book a free call.
Workplace Mediation
Professional workplace mediation for teams, managers, and organisations. Faster and less damaging than formal HR processes. Separate sessions, a fixed fee and a free review meeting.
