Our training is designed and delivered by practising mediators, so everything you learn is grounded in live challenges, realistic scenarios and current practice.
Whether you are starting out with our accredited foundation training, deepening an established practice with specialist CPD, or building conflict-resolution skills for your own role, whether that is in HR, management, law, education, local government or frontline services, there is a route for you.
Courses run in small groups, online, in person or hybrid, and many carry CPD certification or lead to professional registration.
